Past Week of Hell

Hello, pretty people!

I just want to start off by saying 1: sorry for no post last week and 2: posting a bit late tonight. I’m honestly not sure if anyone checks my posts every week, but if you do I’m sorry I couldn’t bless you with my writing last Monday ;). So, this past week I had finals. It’s all just a huge headache, but it went surprisingly well! (Woo-hoo I passed!) Now, I’m back at home in lovely (sarcasm) Chandler. I honestly haven’t had any time at all to celebrate finishing my first semester. Well, actually I went to a club this past Saturday, but that ended horribly because my fake ID (sorry grandma) got taken away :(. Don’t worry everyone, I will be finding another one asap lol. Honestly, that fake ID saves my relationship. Dating a 29 year old is difficult when you can’t go out to the bars with him and his friends. (Incase he reads this: sorry I said your age babe, love you!) I’m not too sure what I wanted this post to be about, but I just felt like writing. Plus, you all respond a lot more to my posts when I just talk about my life. I recently had a conversation with some friends about how important it is to keep your work authentic and that’s what I am doing here on this blog. I do not want to act like someone I’m not. There’s so many people like that on social media these days and it makes me upset that there are so many little boys and girls looking up to these people and thinking life is just perfect. Life is all about mistakes and creating something better from them. Kinda like how someone decided to make rhinestone stickers to put on your zits… making something ugly turn into something fabulous ;). I do so many dumb things, but the dumb things I do make my life so much more interesting. I guess what I’m trying to say is everyone needs to stop worrying so much. Go make mistakes! I used to become discouraged by the small amount of views I get on here, but I’ve started to realize how amazing it is that even in the small amount of people reading my posts that maybe I have impacted at least one person’s life!

I also want to say that I’m really going to start pushing myself in makeup and styling. I’ve been in a rut lately with school and I keep putting my passions on the side, but now that I am on a break for a month it’s time to get back on the grind!

Please SUBSCRIBE if you enjoy reading my posts, I post every Monday!
Love you all!

xx.
